Corporate photography brief for FinTekCo

FinTekCo is a leading fintech company specialising in innovative financial solutions for businesses and consumers. As we embark on a website update, we seek a talented photographer to capture images that showcase our corporate culture, brand essence, and modern workplace. Our target audience includes potential business partners, investors, and top talent we aim to attract. This brief outlines our expectations and requirements for a one-day photoshoot at our Surry Hills office in Sydney.

Company background and objectives
FinTekCo is driven by a passion for revolutionising the financial landscape through seamless, user-friendly digital solutions. Our objective for this photoshoot is to create a series of images that encapsulate our company’s spirit, culture, and commitment to innovation. These photos will be used for our new website to connect with potential partners, investors, and future team members.
Our existing website can be found here:

Target audience
Our primary target audience comprises potential business partners in the fintech industry, investors, and skilled professionals interested in joining our talented team. The images should resonate with these groups, conveying our company’s core values and dynamic work environment.

Project scope
For this one-day photoshoot, we require approximately 20-30 high-quality images in the following categories:
– Team photos: Candid and posed shots of team members working together, showcasing collaboration and camaraderie.
– Individual portraits: Professional headshots of key executives and employees, highlighting our diverse and talented team.
– Office environment: Images of our modern, open-plan office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and communal spaces to demonstrate our contemporary workplace.
– Brand elements: Shots that incorporate our company logo, colour scheme, and other visual branding elements to reinforce brand identity.

Visual style and brand guidelines
Our desired visual style is clean, modern, and professional, with a touch of warmth to reflect our approachable and collaborative nature. We prefer natural lighting and candid moments to create an authentic representation of our company culture. Please see our brand guidelines attached. Also attached is a selection of images to demonstrate the style of shots we’re looking for.

Location and logistics
The photoshoot will take place at our Surry Hills office in Sydney. The shoot should take place in the first two weeks of May. We will provide a schedule of specific shots and locations within the office closer to the shoot date. There is parking available onsite and a goods lift.

Talent and participants
The photoshoot will feature a mix of our executive team, key employees, and other team members. A detailed list of participants, roles, and any specific appearance requirements will be provided before the shoot. Please note that all participants will sign a release form granting permission for their images to be used on our website and other marketing materials.

Deliverables and timeline
We expect the following deliverables from this photoshoot:
– A minimum of 25 high-resolution, edited images
– Image rights for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials
The photographer should provide initial proofs for review and selection within one week of the photoshoot. Final edited images must be delivered within three weeks of the shoot date.

We have allocated a budget of $3,000 to $4,000 for this one-day photo shoot.

Contact information and communication preferences
Our project lead, Kathryn Fitzgerald, will be the primary point of contact for all communication related to the photo shoot. Please direct any questions, updates, or concerns to or 0412 345 678.

Additional information or requests
We encourage the photographer to scout our office location before the photoshoot to familiarise themselves with the space and lighting conditions. Additionally, we request that the photographer be prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect our company’s confidential information.
